AppLogic Networks: Putting Business Integrity into Action

Nearly one year ago, AppLogic Networks emerged as a new entity, distinct from its predecessor Sandvine Corporation, with a new chief executive, new owners, new governance framework, and a new business model as a global software technology solutions leader operating in democratically focused jurisdictions.

AppLogic Networks continues to deliver on its mission to make the Internet available to everyone, enhance the quality of their network experience, and champion digital human rights.

“AppLogic Networks has made an impressive range of commitments related to human rights over the last year, many of which are aligned with the GNI Principles,” said Jason Pielemeier, Executive Director of the Global Network Initiative, a multijurisdictional forum of academics, NGOs, civil society, corporations, and investors focused on improving corporate practices at the intersection of technology and human rights.

Today, AppLogic Networks provided an update on progress it has made since its emergence on March 3, 2025.[1] Key updates include:

• Applying a New Global Risk-Based Human Rights Due Diligence Policy. AppLogic Networks established a new human rights governance framework and implemented a new human rights due diligence policy informed by the U.N. Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and input from members of civil society.
• Evolving its Culture and Human Rights Awareness. AppLogic Networks adopted new core values, included new human rights related education in its online code of conduct training required of all associates globally, published a Human Rights Statement, and initiated an Integrity Moment Series. The Company also made it easier for anyone to report a concern relating to potential product misuse or any other concern relating to the Company’s business.[2]
• Investing in Non-Governmental Organizations that Promote Internet Freedom and Protect Human Rights. AppLogic Networks continues to consult with several NGOs and will continue to seek one or more organizations that promote Internet freedom, respect human rights, protect human rights defenders, and remediate instances of digital rights abuse as the recipient of 1% of AppLogic Networks annual profits.
• Engaging in Multistakeholder Dialogue. AppLogic Networks continues to engage in constructive dialogue and consultation with members of civil society, NGOs, and other external stakeholders committed to respecting human and digital rights globally. In November 2025, AppLogic Networks became an observer of the Global Network Initiative.

Additionally, in alignment with its public commitments, in consultation with the U.S. Government, and with the assistance of AppLogic Networks, Sandvine Corporation completed its exit from over 20 non-democracies on December 31, 2025.
