What’s missing
Legacy KPIs like RSSI and SINR only tell part of the story—and rarely the part the customer cares about. At the same time, the internet is becoming harder to “inspect” in traditional ways: QUIC encrypts as much of each packet as practical and Encrypted ClientHello (ECH) encrypts the ClientHello, closing the SNI metadata gap.
One-size QoS still treats spreadsheets like streaming video, so a handful of heavy users can ruin everyone else’s experience. And without app-level evidence, Care, NOC, and Product teams end up debating symptoms instead of fixing the root cause.
