Yvonne Bell brings over 25 years of extensive global experience in the Finance and Technology sectors, having held leadership positions in both public and private companies. Her career is marked by a consistent record of driving cultural transformations, implementing operational changes, and playing key roles in an IPO and numerous mergers and acquisitions.
Yvonne served as VP HRD at Finastra, a global financial software firm, and as Head of People and Culture at D2L, an education technology company, for nearly a decade where she was part of an IPO. Her earlier roles include positions at OpenText as VP Organizational Effectiveness, KPMG, and Toyota.
Yvonne's expertise encompasses leading People and Culture initiatives, managing Employee Communications, building programs and teams from the ground up, driving global expansion, optimizing processes and operations, and fostering organizational synergies. Her work and teams work has been recognized with awards in Innovation, Best Managed Workplace, CandE, Inclusion, and Best Workplaces.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology, complemented by several certifications such as Career Development, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Leadership, Performance, Compensation, Analytics, and Human Resources.
