We are committed to following the laws and regulations that apply to our business globally and to operating with ethics and integrity. This includes respecting internationally recognized human rights standards, including the right to freedom of expression as articulated in the International Bill of Human Rights. We recognize that human rights risks can occur anywhere, and we are committed to operating responsibly everywhere we serve our customers.
We believe that this commitment, along with our go-to-market strategy focused on democratically aligned countries, is a powerful, unique, and differentiating characteristic that serves as a competitive advantage as well as a meaningful demonstration of our commitment to respect human rights and champion digital human rights.
We provide cutting-edge application and network intelligence software that helps network operators and enterprise businesses deliver exceptional internet experiences to their customers, serve their customers more effectively, reduce costs, unlock new revenue, improve decision making, manage network congestion, and stay ahead in an AI-driven world.
An important risk related to our business involves the potential misuse of our products by end users, including governments, to limit freedom of expression, block access to information, or improperly infringe on human rights. To mitigate these risks, we maintain a human rights due diligence program and governance approach that are designed to drive the responsible deployment of our products while also enable innovation.
Consistent with our commitment to champion digital human rights, we maintain a governance framework designed to provide oversight of and responsibility for implementing AppLogic Networks’ human rights due diligence policy and procedures.

This includes the following: a Board of Directors, which is responsible for oversight of our human rights-related policies, among other things; a Human Rights Committee that is responsible for approving our human rights risk management model, including the company’s human rights-related policies; and a cross-functional Business Ethics Committee, which is managed by AppLogic Networks’ Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and is responsible for the development, execution, and implementation of our human rights-related policies and procedures.
Our human rights due diligence and risk management policy defines our due diligence process, which is informed by the framework set out in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Our human rights due diligence and risk management policy is designed to prevent, mitigate, and, where possible, neutralize potential adverse human rights impacts, and considers certain factors such as country, customer, partner, product, features, business, market, and other factors to evaluate the risk profile of business opportunities. We monitor for, and are committed to promptly respond to, concerns relating to the potential misuse of the company’s products by end users.
As a company committed to continuous improvement, we will continue to improve our human rights due diligence policy and processes to prevent, detect, and mitigate the risk of the company’s products being misused by end users to violate human rights. This effort is informed by the input of external stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, members of civil society, and like-minded companies and organizations that are committed to respecting human and digital rights globally.
We require suppliers to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which they operate. This includes our expectation that suppliers uphold the human rights of workers and treat workers with dignity and respect.
AppLogic Networks requires its end users to execute an End User License Agreement and/or compliance certification which contain express terms, conditions, and limitations concerning the use of any AppLogic Networks’ product.
We encourage any individual or organization, including any AppLogic Networks employee, customer, partner, supplier, independent contractor, non-governmental organization, or member of the press to promptly report any concern, including any concern that the company’s products have been or are being misused by an end user to cause, contribute, or directly violate human rights. Concerns can be reported anonymously through the AppLogic Networks Reporting Helpline. AppLogic Networks takes all allegations seriously and takes action where appropriate.
This Human Rights Statement has been approved by the AppLogic Networks’ Board of Directors. Updates to this Human Rights Statement will be made on a periodic basis and provided to the Board for approval.
