Carol Tate, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Carol serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of AppLogic Networks with responsibility for leading the company’s Ethics and Compliance, Human Rights Product Responsibility, and Information Security Management functions globally. Carol has led the development and implementation of the company’s human rights due diligence and risk management program and facilitated the evolution of the company’s culture of integrity as part of the transformation from Sandvine Corporation to AppLogic Networks. Carol spent approximately 9 years with Intel Corporation where she held leadership roles and served as its Chief Compliance Officer.
